BACKGROUND

The shareholders of Qualirod Capital are Mirod Capital (Pty) Ltd established in 2010 and Thabeng High Impact Fund (Pty) Ltd which was established in 2013.
Our senior executives Rodney Rottanburg, Paul Marais and Miron Milner are all shareholders in the company and collectively have over 50 years of experience in the Industry. We pride ourselves as out the box thinkers, entrepreneurial, opportunistic by nature and performance driven.
Qualirod through its shareholders Mirod Capital and Thabeng High Impact Fund traces its roots back to 2008 at which time , among other activities , Mirod got involved in a township project in a partnership with Government (the DTI) and Basil Manganadelis called Walk-In 25 Management Service (Pty) Ltd.
The Walk-In 25 model created mini Spazas in partnerships with the local communities, giving the residents a first-world shopping experience in their area and in 2010 Mirod got involved in green energy and more specifically solar parks through its association with Gigawatt Global an international company based in the Netherland and In 2012 Mirod , with a consortium of investors acquired from the Primedia Group MovieStop , a retail business , renting out DVDs via vending machines which were placed nationally in the Engen food store chains , a project which they exited in 2014. Since then we have grown from strength to strength entering and establishing many successful partnerships and creating wealth for many stakeholders.
