Background

Paul has over 20 years experience in asset management, stock broking, corporate finance and mezz financing sectors.

After completing his honours degree he joined Bankorptrust and then later Senbank as a senior manager responsible for managing the company’s pension fund. He then joined BJM, a listed stockbroker in South Africa where he was a director, shareholder and head of the dealing desk.

He later ventured into private equity and started several companies in the property and mezz financing sectors which he sold to large corporate. His passion is to think outside the box when it comes to deal structuring and alternative financing methods.
